2026 Privacy & Technology Law Forum
The event will include a wide range of privacy, AI and technology law-related topics. We plan to include an hour of ethics and an hour of professionalism. Topics will include state privacy laws, the complexities of allowing children to use chatbots, vendor management, agentic AI, cyber insurance, attorney use of AI tools, privacy product counseling, ad tech challenges and Chris Hoofnagle, a professor at University of California, Berkeley, as the keynote speaker. Speakers will include in-house attorneys, government and law firm attorneys.
When:
Tuesday, March 3rd from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. with a reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. (In-person ONLY) Sign-in and breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the CLE starting at 9 a.m.
Wednesday, March 4th from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Virtually ONLY) 8 - 9 a.m. will be for coffee and networking, and the CLE will begin at 9 a.m.
