Overview:
The event will include a wide range of privacy and technology law-related topics. We plan to include an hour of ethics and an hour of professionalism. Topics will include state privacy laws, ransomware, cryptocurrency litigation & trends, data transfers, privacy & cybersecurity considerations in M&A, ad tech and a ransomware tabletop exercise. Speakers will include in-house attorneys, government and non-profit organizations.
