Yaniv Heled is an associate professor of law and a co-director for the Center for Intellectual Property Law. His research focuses on legal and ethical aspects of biomedical technologies. Heled has written on a litany of topics like the regulation of biologics and biosimilars, stem cells, human reproductive tissue, DNA sequencing and testing.
This CLE will address the issue of the genetic privacy of public figures in light of the advent of new DNA technologies.
