The Privacy & Technology Law Section would like to invite you to register for our upcoming 36th annual Privacy & Technology Law Forum (“PTLF”) which will be all virtual this year, and provided at no cost.

Overview: This year's 2 half-day PTLF includes more than 30 speakers (solo and panels) on privacy and technology topics, including an hour of ethics and an hour of professionalism. Featured speaker and panel topics:

Future of Privacy Law (book author)
Managing risk in data-related agreements
Breach response tabletop exercise (limited room)
State and international privacy law updates
Ethics & Professionalism

18 total sessions
When: Tuesday, March 29, 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.* Wednesday, March 30, 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.*
*Incident response tabletop session will be 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day and limited to the first 10 registrants

Where: Online via Zoom.
CLE: 8 total hours, with 6 general, 1 ethics and 1 professionalism (pending approval) (all will count towards your 2021 requirements).

Happy Hour Event: We will have an in-person happy hour event Wednesday, March 30, around 5:30 p.m. Details to follow and no registration is needed for this event.
