The Technology Law Section is pleased to host a CLE presentation on “Mobile Payments – Legal and Regulatory Considerations" by a panel of attorneys from leading payments and financial technology companies.

Register here.

We’ve all been making payments for as long as we can remember, but now we’re making them in different ways. We now pay bills, buy groceries, repay friends, and even obtain loans through our mobile devices (and this is just to name a few of the emerging use cases).

Please join the Technology Law Section to learn about the technologies, applications, and legal issues surrounding mobile payments - with particular focus on regulation and applicability to our lives both as professionals and consumers.

Nicole Ibbotson, InComm
